From here, we will give you a call, guide you on how to measure your window/s so we can give you a rough price estimate.
If you're happy to go ahead, we will then arrange a date/time for our expert fitter to come out and do a full check measure for each of your windows.
2. Check Measure
With your booked date and time slot, our expert fitter will head over to your home and take measurements of every door/window of where you're looking to have shutters.
Our expert fitter will also bring our full sample kit, so you'll be able to see, touch and feel all of the samples available to order along with all the available colours.
Once the fitter has all of the measurements, he will bring these back to our sales team who will update your quick initial estimate and then we will give you a call to discuss your official quote.
3. Order Placed
Once your quote has been updated with all the correct measurements and prices from your check measure, your sales consultant will be in touch to give you your final quote. This can be done over the telephone, email or through a video call.
If you're happy with your final price, we can then go ahead and place your order online with your sales consultant and you're all set!
Payment is all taken upfront in order to place your order and start the manufacture of your shutters.
4. Fitting Day
Nearly time for your beautiful shutters to get fitted, how exciting!
You'll have had your estimate date of shutters arriving to us, closer to this date we will then get back in touch to arrange your actual fitting date with yourselves and get you all booked in ready.
That’s it! You can sit back, relax and your shutters will be fitted in no time.
